Recruitment Consultant (Philadelphia)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to support our recruiting team in delivering a best-in-class candidate and client experience. Any interested candidate must send a 2 minute video introducing themselves and why they would be a fit for this role.This role is critical to keeping our recruiting engine running efficiently—owning scheduling, candidate communication, database management, and administrative processes that directly impact placements and revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Coordination & CommunicationSchedule interviews between candidates and clients (phone, virtual, in-person)Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview processEnsure candidates are prepared with logistics, expectations, and follow-upsMaintain a high-touch, professional candidate experienceRecruiting OperationsManage and update candidate data in CRM/ATS (LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, etc.)Track candidate pipelines across multiple roles and clientsPost job openings across job boards and internal platformsAssist recruiters with sourcing support and outreach campaignsClient CoordinationCoordinate interview logistics with client stakeholdersConfirm interview feedback timelines and follow-upsEnsure smooth communication between recruiters and clientsProcess & System ManagementHelp build and maintain internal SOPs for recruiting processesOrganize shared files (OneDrive or internal systems)Assist in building candidate databases and talent pipelinesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual workQualificationsMin. of 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative supportStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and follow-throughPreferred ExperienceExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or CRM toolsBackground in staffing, recruiting, or HR supportFamiliarity with construction, real estate, or professional services industries
