Or, 3 years previous experience in a general manager position, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience.  Education: High School diploma, or associate’s degree is a big plus. Having COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM is a plus – you will be given the chance to obtain as an associate.Dependability: Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.Resident Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued residents.Operational Excellence: You’re deadline driven, with a keen eye for detail, compliance, and quality.Technically Savvy: You have great computer skills and fluent with Microsoft Office suite, and experience with Yardi is a big plus. Wallick’s Mission & ValuesAt Wallick Communities, we believe in opening doors to homes, opportunity, and hope for our residents, associates, and community.
