Job Description
10-4 Logistics USA is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional fleet operating from Ridgefield, WA. This W-2 position provides a predictable schedule, regular weekly home time, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.Route & Freight Details:Dedicated lane originating in Ridgefield, WA covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Western Montana.Average 2–4 loads per week with approximately 3–4 stops per load.Freight is unloaded using rollers; drivers are expected to perform customer unloads as required.Schedule & Home Time:Day and night shifts available.Predictable regional schedule with weekly home time; typical 34-hour reset observed.Compensation & Benefits:Average weekly pay: $2,150 (direct deposit).Health benefits and 401(k) retirement program.PTO and AD&D coverage.Safe and on-time performance bonus incentives.Unlimited cash referral program.Primary Responsibilities:Safely operate assigned tractor-trailer on regional dedicated routes in compliance with DOT, state, and company regulations.Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries, meeting on-time performance expectations.Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and accurately document vehicle condition.Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required shipping documentation.Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and operations staff.Minimum Qualifications:Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).Minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past year.Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).Able to pass DOT physical examination and pre-employment drug screening.Driver must have a safe, authorized place to park the assigned truck if residing more than 50 miles from Ridgefield, WA.10-4 Logistics USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive work environment.
