The MissionOwn the Cycle: Manage the full sales stack from initial outreach and discovery to product demos and closing.Consultative Selling: Dive deep into a prospect's tech stack and business workflows to identify pain points and map them to our solutions.Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy, organized CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and provide accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts.Negotiate: Navigate complex procurement processes, legal redlines, and budget hurdles to get deals across the finish line.What You BringExperience: 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally carrying a quota of $750k+ ARR.The "Hunter" Mentality: You are proactive about generating your own pipeline and don't just wait for inbound leads to fall in your lap.Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable explaining APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure without breaking a sweat.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can write a cold email that actually gets a response and lead a demo that feels like a conversation, not a lecture.Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where the product evolves quickly and the market shifts even faster.
