He/she creates and maintains an environment which promotes mutual trust, acceptance, recognition and respect; demonstrates personal and professional responsibility and assumes accountability for own professional development.Administrative Representative reports pertinent information to management and administration.Qualifications for the job...Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama. Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and/or health related field. ACLS required.Five years management/supervisor experience preferred.Two years required. ER and/or ICU experience preferred.
