The best part is you would be joining a winning culture with Adecco while on assignment with our customer and have access to all our Adecco Perks!Perks:· Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM· Weekly paycheck· Pay: $46.00 per hour· Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling coursesResponsibilities:· Support manufacturing process improvements by completing engineering tasks aligned with design control processes, documentation standards, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).· Conduct root cause analysis using methodical engineering approaches and propose technical solutions to improve OEE, quality, performance, uptime, and scrap reduction.· Create and update production documents, assist with technical troubleshooting, and serve as a process expert for assigned manufacturing lines.· Support project timelines, contribute to process and product improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on testing, validation, and qualification of new or modified equipment and processes.Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a STEM-related field.· 2-4 years of engineering experience supporting manufacturing environments and equipment processes.· Knowledge of automation, injection molding, assembly, fixturing, testing, and process control techniques; familiarity with Six Sigma (DOE, Gage R&R, Process Capability).· Ability to perform technical writing, interpret engineering documentation, develop solutions independently, and support multiple projects simultaneously.This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
