Director of Human Resources (HR)
Job DescriptionPosition Description The Director of Human Resources (HR) will play a critical role in shaping the company culture and fostering a positive work environment. Must be professional with foundational experience in supporting and leading the human resource department with development and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee and participate in all HR functions, including benefits management, compliance with labor laws, annual reporting and policy, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and the development of employee training and HR programs.Experience RequirementsFive years or more proven experience as Director of HR or in a similar senior HR roleBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)Strong knowledge of HR best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically and act operationallyRequired Skills Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on HR matters Interpret and explain HR policy, procedures, standards and regulations Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Administration and management of employee benefits and policies Foster relationships and communications with insurance brokers Complete and submit annual reporting (ex.
