Fabrication Supervisor

We're searching for a Fabrication Supervisor, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll lead the welding team and supervise members on and off-site to ensure efficient final assembly, electrical work and quality/shipping readiness is completed and that materials are available. You'll also work closely with production, project management and quality in collaboration to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue/profit for the company.Think you've got what it takes?Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsures safety of all team members at on-site and off-site facilities to accomplish required workEnsures that all work performed meets the manufacturer's standards and provides feedback to all departments on any non-conforming productSupervises and develops both direct and in-direct team membersParticipates as a key member of the Material Review Board, along with quality, project management and production to determine the disposition of productPerforms minor mechanical and electrical repairs as neededAdjusts and aligns parts and systems to meet manufacturer specificationsCompletes all necessary inspection checklists and documentationRecords any issues found and the corrective actions takenEnsures accurate reporting of vehicle condition and readinessConducts final quality checks before vehicle deliveryCommunicates any recurring issues or quality concerns to the management teamSkills & RequirementsHigh school diploma or related equivalent requiredBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred10+ years of welding experience required3+ years of leadership experience requiredAbility to read, write, and speak Spanish preferredPrevious experience and demonstrated success in team leadership and leader development preferredDeep understanding of the manufacturing business preferredDetailed understanding of financial and operational metrics and the ability to impact them preferredExperience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives preferred
