- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards related to DDS and behavioral health programs.
- Manage staff schedules, time, and attendance in ADP Workforce Now.
- Oversee documentation processes including client records, progress notes, incident reports, and program evaluations using Therap for documentation.
- Provide leadership in program development initiatives aimed at expanding services for underserved communities while fostering an inclusive environment.
*Skills*
- Extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.
- Proven relationship management skills to engage individual's, families, staff, and community partners effectively.
- Strong administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in human services or related fields; capable of leading teams through coaching and mentorship.
- Expertise in program management including development, implementation, evaluation, and compliance monitoring.

- DDS Medication Administration Certification and PMT certification, or the ability to obtain them (ECDC will provide these)
- Therap and ADP experience are strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs as needed
