What You'll Get to Do As our Regional Training Manager, you'll own the systems that keep our people trained & our processes standardized across every facility. This role is about building organizational capability, not just administering it. Job responsibilities include: Developing & maintaining a standardized, company-wide training program for salaried & hourly employeesBuilding a formal Train-the-Trainer program & certifying trainers to consistent corporate standardsOwning the document control system, including SOPs, work instructions & controlled document repositoriesSupporting compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA & other regulatory requirementsLeading process standardization efforts across operations, quality, safety, engineering & supply chain teamsDeveloping KPIs & dashboards that give leadership visibility into training effectiveness & document control performanceSupporting succession planning, leadership development & cross-training initiatives across all locationsCoaching trainers & site leaders on instructional methods, adult learning principles & facilitation skills What We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Manufacturing, HR, Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred)5+ years managing training programs in a manufacturing, industrial or operational environment3+ years administering document control systemsExperience developing & certifying trainers, plus hands-on LMS experienceFamiliarity with ISO-based management systems & lean/continuous improvement environments preferredStrong skills in SharePoint, Power BI & workflow automation platformsA collaborative leader who can influence without direct authority & drive change across multiple sitesA genuine coach & mentor who's energized by developing people & building culture What OBE Offers YouBenefits that benefit you - industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employeeWork-life balance - PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can chooseCompensation that rewards your hard work - A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonusesTraining - We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed OBE Privacy Policy OBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay.
