Full Job Description Buyer’s Agent (Real Estate) Join our team dedicated to delivering an exceptional, consultative experience for homebuyers. As a Buyer’s Agent, you will master lead generation, support clients throughout every phase of their home-buying process, and build a sustainable real estate career through in-depth training, tailored coaching, and collaborative teamwork. Not licensed yet? No problem. If you meet the requirements, we will sponsor your pre-licensing education and assist you through the entire licensing journey, enabling you to start working with clients as soon as possible. Responsibilities What you’ll do Work with home Buyers and Home sellers to achieve the home related goals Generate and follow up with leads using proven scripts and systems Consult, educate, and qualify buyers to understand goals and guide decisions Schedule showings, show homes, and attend open houses Support negotiations and coordinate communication to achieve the buyer’s goals Manage required transaction documentation and help ensure a smooth closing Track activity, follow-up, and pipeline inside our systems Qualifications What we’re looking for People-oriented, positive, learning-based Strong communication skills and a service mindset Ability to set goals and follow through with consistent weekly effort Availability and flexibility to accommodate buyer schedules (some evenings/weekends) Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Reside within ~40 miles of Wilmington (19803) High school diploma or equivalent; authorized to work in the U.S. Licensing + time commitment (success requirements) You must obtain a Delaware or Pennsylvania real estate license before working with clients If you are not licensed yet, you should be prepared to complete licensing in about ~90 days with consistent weekly progress Minimum commitment: 20 hours/week (part-time) — full-time encouraged This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity (not W-2) Service area We operate primarily in New Castle County & Kent County (DE) and Delaware County & Chester County (PA).
