As the Sales Director and the first hire in APAC, you will play a pivotal role in growing the APAC team, driving revenue growth and establishing market presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid/senior sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to step up to a leadership role, working directly with the CEO and founder of the company.Responsibilities:1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy:Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the APAC region.Identify key target markets and segments, and develop tailored approaches to maximize sales opportunities.Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.2. Build, Lead and Manage the Sales Team:Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing sales team across the APAC region.Set clear sales targets and provide coaching, mentoring, and support to the team to ensure success.Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture, motivating the team to achieve and exceed targets.3. Drive New Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients, focusing on mid to large enterprises in the Web3 space.Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition of our proactive fraud prevention platform.4. Account Management and Customer Success:Nurture and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Collaborate closely with the Technical Product and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for clients.5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to support business planning and decision-making processes.Requirements:Proven track record of success in sales within the Web3 industry, with a focus on APAC markets.Experience selling complex solutions to mid to large enterprises, with an understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Must speak, read and write fluent Chinese and English Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and conversion.Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs, identify pain points, and position our solution as a strategic advantage.High level of self-motivation, drive, and initiative, with a results-oriented mindset.Willingness to travel as required.If you are a dynamic and results-driven sales professional looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact in the Web3 space, we would love to hear from you.
