The role entails assisting clients with retirement plans, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and accurately managing defined contribution and benefit plans. The Retirement Plan Administrator will also provide exceptional customer service, resolve client inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning strategies and retirement solutions.QualificationsProficiency in Retirement Planning and expertise in Defined Contribution plansKnowledge and experience with Defined Benefit plans and FinanceStrong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and problem resolutionDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to analyze data and ensure compliance with regulatory standardsStrong verbal and written communication skills3+ years of experience in administration.
