Core ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management: Oversee complete P&L accountability, managing food cost, labor matrices, and operating expenses to meet and exceed strict financial targets. Operational Excellence: Direct both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. Team Development: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing management and hourly team. You will implement our standardized training programs to reduce turnover and build a pipeline of future leaders. Guest Experience: Analyze daily guest satisfaction metrics and implement immediate solutions to elevate the dining experience and drive repeat business. Professional Requirements 3+ years of progressive management experience in high-volume, full-service, or fast-casual restaurant environments. Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and act upon complex financial reports and P&L statements. Strong background in inventory control, labor scheduling, and performance management.
