You will lead preventative maintenance efforts, troubleshoot production equipment, supervise maintenance staff, and drive operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsBreak down and set up equipment for daily productionSupervise and schedule maintenance teamManage plant maintenance budgets and improvement projectsEnsure compliance with SQF/GFSI standardsOn-call availability for emergenciesQualifications:4+ years food manufacturing maintenance experience3+ years supervisory experienceAdvanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read engineering schematicsExperience with high-speed food production equipmentWelding and light carpentry experience preferredStrong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Demonstrated employment stability and longevityWillingness to relocateHow to apply: For immediate & confidential consideration, send your resume to Carol at carol.luhmann@gogpac.com
