Job Description SummaryThe Role:The North America Channel Sales Manager, OEM & Integrators is responsible for developing customers, closing orders and bringing the overall strategy for the assigned customers. This position will be responsible for the successful development of customer relationships through direct customer engagement with key OEM & Integrators.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:As the Channel Sales Manager, OEM & Integrators you will:Accountable for meeting quarterly and annual operational plan order targets (orders, down payment and margin) for the OEM & Integrators sales channels.Developing new accounts and develop strategic account plans for top OEM & IntegratorsIdentify the ‘untapped’ customer base to ensure regular direct customer to build the required customer relationshipCoordinate with the respective quoting and business teams to structure winning proposalsSingle point of customer contact to address customer commercial and technical requirements, including technical presentation to all levels of the customer organizationInterface with the various internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and compliant sales process (including pacing, booking and handover as required)Participate in the overall commercial process rhythmTimely maintain and provide accurate SFDC opportunity recordsEngage with regional ITO / OTR teams in order to address customer challenges raised during customer engagementsLink the regional pipeline with the global fulfillment teams in order to achieve short- to mid-term orders targetsRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering or a similar field from an accredited schoolMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, commercial operations, risk or marketingAbility to travel 30% - 50% of the timeDesired Qualifications5 years in Sales experience selling Medium Voltage motors to OEMsExperience selling or working with customers on Medium voltage drive / system solutionsNative or bilingual proficiency in PortugueseDemonstrated inclusive behavior with success in leading or working in a matrix organizationDemonstrated clear thinking with effective communication at all levelsStrong influencing skillsCustomer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needsStrong sales and negotiation skills with a successful sales growth track recordRelevant IT knowledgeAdditional InformationGE Vernova offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
