And you're looking for an opportunity to learn, grow andexplore your career potential.Restaurant Guest Service RESPONSIBILITIESGreet guests to makethem feel comfortable and welcomeTake guests' foodorders and handle cash and credit transactionsFollow Noodles &Company's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security toensure the safety of all team members during each shiftDemonstrate knowledgeof the brand and menu itemsServe food to guestsin a courteous and timely mannerQuickly and accuratelyprepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwichesCheck food quality andfood temperatures throughout the day to ensure that food is fresh and safe to serveFollow sanitation andsafety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipmentMaintain cleanlinessand organization throughout the restaurant and ensures proper set up and/or breakdown of the entire restaurantincluding dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areasEffectively handleguest concerns and complaintsWork as a team toprepare the restaurant for each shiftActs with integrity,honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Noodles & CompanyMaintains regular andconsistent attendance and punctualityContributes to apositive team environmentPosition may includecook, cashier and/or server responsibilitiesMust adhere toappearance standards* Free Shift MealRestaurant Guest Service KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTSExcellent guestservice skills requiredAbility to work in afast-paced environmentTeam oriented,adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethicAbility to communicateeffectively with guests and team membersAbility to worknights, weekends and holidaysMust be at least 16years of ageCompensation: Competitive salary
