Develop and implement policies and procedures. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. Train and mentor agency staff. Qualifications Prior insurance experience required (5+ years preferred). Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty & Life/Health).
