Assistant Prepared Foods Manager

What You'll Do: Provide friendly and attentive customer service as you help oversee the day to day operations of the department and supervise the department team to achieve sales, gross profit and shrink goals. You'll help handle production of deli/prepared foods items (i.e. ready-made meals, packaged salads, pizzas, subs, etc.) and fulfilling customer requests, as well as ordering, receiving, storage, rotation, and merchandising/display of product; ensuring proper shelf and sales floor conditions and stock levels; and selection, training, development, and scheduling of prepared foods associates. Requirements: Successful candidates must meet the following qualifications: Previous experience in deli and/or prepared foods Previous retail experience required Previous supervisory experience preferred Exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
