You will bring your expertise, vision, and leadership to:• Drive sustainable patient growth• Establish our practices as trusted pillars within their communities• Build a high-performing marketing team• Implement the systems and infrastructure needed to scaleYou will serve as the marketing leader and subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to shape strategy and drive results.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Ownership• Serve as the marketing expert and strategic advisor to executive leadership• Develop and execute a multi-location, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with growth goals• Bring innovative ideas, frameworks, and best practices to elevate marketing performance• Establish clear goals, KPIs, and reporting to measure success and guide decision-making• Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI across all channelsCommunity-Centered Growth• Position each practice as a trusted, visible pillar in its local community• Develop scalable partnerships with schools, daycares, and local organizations• Lead community outreach, sponsorships, and event-based marketing initiatives• Ensure all marketing reflects a family-first, child-friendly, trust-driven brand experience• Build strategies that foster long-term relationships with patients and families, not just transactionsMarketing Infrastructure & Team Development• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team• Establish clear roles, accountability, and performance expectations• Implement repeatable systems, processes, and playbooks across all locations• Create a data-driven culture with dashboards, reporting, and performance tracking• Ensure brand consistency and operational excellence across all marketsInternal & External Marketing StrategyInternal (Patient Growth & Retention)• Develop strategies to increase patient retention, reactivation, and lifetime value• Optimize patient communication and engagement strategies• Identify opportunities to grow revenue from the existing patient baseExternal (Patient Acquisition & Awareness)• Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, paid media, and online reputation management• Drive local store marketing (LSM) initiatives tailored to each market• Improve visibility, awareness, and patient acquisition across all locations• Evaluate and optimize all channels based on performance and ROISuccess in the First 6–12 Months• Build and implement a clear, scalable marketing strategy across all locations• Establish KPI tracking for:○ New patient growth○ Cost per acquisition○ Campaign ROI• Strengthen community presence and engagement in each market• Develop a structured, high-performing marketing team• Implement systems, reporting, and processes to support long-term scalability• Build strong relationships and trust with executive leadership and field teamsWhat Success Looks Like in This Role• Innovation: You introduce new ideas, tools, and strategies that continuously improve performance and patient experience• Integrity: You operate with transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making• Excellence: You hold a high bar for execution, performance, and brand quality across all locations• Collaboration: You partner effectively across teams to drive aligned, organization-wide successQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)• 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience (multi-location or healthcare experience preferred)• Proven ability to build and scale marketing strategies and teams• Strong experience with digital marketing, analytics, and ROI optimization• Experience managing budgets and driving measurable growth outcomes• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills• Self-starter with the ability to operate both strategically and tacticallyWhy This Role• Opportunity to build and lead the marketing function for a growing organization• Direct impact on growth, brand, and community presence• High visibility and collaboration with executive leadership• Ability to shape how we become the most trusted pediatric dental group in our markets
