It all starts here!Qualifications:Knowledge and ability to teach technique and strategy involved with footballProven ability to enhance player skill developmentBasic first aid skills, and concussion trainingPrior high school and/or college football experience preferredFamiliarity with rules and policies of MHSSA and the Wayland Union Board of Education Responsibilities & Duties: Support the varsity coach in teaching football technique and strategyCommunicate effectively with the various football stakeholdersRepresent Wayland Union Schools in a positive manner with all stakeholdersSupervise and coordinate specific position coachesPrior coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Design and implement a comprehensive offensive or defensive system tailored to the current roster's talent level.Terms of Employment: WUEA Schedule B position, seasonal position only.Will be employed through EduStaff unless current WUEA member
