Principal .Net Developer

*Job Summary* We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal.Net Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions. Join us to shape cutting-edge digital solutions that empower our organization and enhance user experiences through energetic leadership and technical excellence. *Responsibilities* * Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise-level applications utilizing.NET technologies, including ASP.NET, WCF, and MVC frameworks. * Architect scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures to ensure high availability and performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, design specifications, and integration strategies using UML and system design principles. * Develop and maintain backend systems with a focus on APIs, RESTful services, SOAP web services, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure. * Drive best practices in software engineering by implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like TFS, GitHub, Jenkins, or similar platforms. * Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance on front-end development (React, Angular, TypeScript), back-end programming (C#, Python), and database design (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). * Conduct code reviews, debugging sessions, unit testing, and performance tuning to uphold quality standards across projects. * Promote Agile software development methodologies within teams to ensure iterative progress and continuous improvement. *Skills* * Extensive experience with ASP.NET (including ASP.NET Core),.NET Frameworks, Entity Framework, WCF, Web API/RESTful API development. * Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap for UI/UX development. * Deep understanding of distributed computing concepts including microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure). * Expertise in relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) along with database design and T-SQL scripting. * Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB for scalable data storage solutions. * Familiarity with application design patterns such as OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), UML modeling, and system design principles. * Experience with version control systems including GitHub, SVN, TFS for code management. * Skilled in SDLC processes including Agile methodologies to facilitate rapid development cycles. * Ability to develop scalable APIs using REST/SOAP web services; experience with WCF is a plus. * Proficiency in CI/CD tools for automated build/deploy processes; experience with Visual Studio IDE is essential. * Strong debugging skills along with experience in unit testing frameworks to ensure code quality. * Knowledge of containerization (Docker), shell scripting (Bash), and application deployment on IIS or Linux environments is advantageous.
