Warehouse Coordinator Grade 1 2nd Shift

Almac Group is currently seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Coordinator for our Durham, NC location. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for verifying and packing clinical site orders. Order processing is limited to the following types of shipments:US/Canada/Puerto RicoAmbientControlled room temperatureRefrigeratedFrozenPicking Material for distribution orders Hours are 4pm-12:30amResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Review documents for clarity, correctness, completeness and compliancePerform verification checks of documents and clinical material prior to distribution.Pack customer orders based on customer specific protocols and their specific Distribution InstructionsGenerate UPS and FedEx shipper address labelsPick Distribution OrdersRequired Education:High School Diploma or GEDRequired Work Experience:1+ years in a distribution or warehouse environmentPreferred experience:Clinical Trials, pharma, biotech, or other regulated industryShipping experienceERP system(s)Want to see our latest job opportunities?
