We are actively seeking a Senior Analyst to support our Institutional Sales and Trading operations with a drive to turn data into clear insights for senior leaders. In this role, you will analyze sales and trading data, build and maintain dashboards, enhance existing processes, and manage special projects with limited oversight. The ideal candidate is a quantitative and organized with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences is critical for success in this role.
Specifically, this individual will be responsible for the following:
Compile and analyze sales & trading data to identify trends and patterns, offering insights to boost sales and organizational growth.
Conduct customer analysis and data filtering to gauge sales productivity
Maintain and enhance current processes to optimize sales and trading operations.
Manage special projects with little oversight keeping stake
Create dashboards and metrics that reveal actionable insights to maximize effectiveness.
Respond efficiently and accurately to ad hoc requests from management & teams.
Coordinate amongst teams, department leadership, and other departments to accelerate FIG and firm objectives.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, economics, or other quantitative field.
2+ years of relevant experience
Quantitative problem-solver and analytical thinker who can draw conclusions from multiple data sources.
Entrepreneurial spirit: embraces change and the challenge to innovate that comes with it.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office suite
Proficiency in Python, SQL or relevant programming expertise
License Requirements: SIE, Series 7, Series 63 or ability to obtain preferred

Compensation:The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000. This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however, may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
