The firm has received multiple awards for construction excellence.Your new roleThe firm is seeking a Preconstruction Executive or Preconstruction Director who can lead projects and have a focus on operational and leadership responsibility. This role requires someone with strong preconstruction experience who is also a strong people leader.You'll work across estimating, operations, design partners, and executive leadership to guide projects through the full preconstruction life cycle, develop clear pricing strategies, and establish consistent internal processes.
