Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $45.00 to $53.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities:Assist in developing and executing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and align financial goalsBuild and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-makingAnalyze variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts to identify performance driversContribute to reporting of financial and operational metrics for leadership and stakeholders Requirements:4+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or data analytics, preferably in CPG, food & beverage, manufacturing, or retailApply strong understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cyclesTranslate complex financial concepts for both finance and non-finance stakeholdersUtilize advanced Excel skills and ERP systems such as NetSuite effectivelyCommunicate clearly and professionally with strong written and verbal skills Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related fieldExperience with financial modeling tools and business planning systemsUnderstand unit economics, margin drivers, and cost structures in a CPG environmentCollaborate effectively across departments to align financial planning with company prioritiesExhibit strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset REF#51429
