Lead Mechanic

Midwest 3PL is seeking a skilled Lead Mechanic to join our growing team full-time. This position is responsible for helping maintain and keep our fleet and equipment running efficiently while coordinating regular preventative maintenance schedules for our fleet of 18 semis, trailers, and farm equipment.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, reliability, and hands-on mechanical work.
