This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction disciplines while working outdoors on custom building projects. *Duties* * Learn a specific trade based on crew assignment. * Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. * Be willing to receive training and mentorship. * Collaborate with team members on crew specific tasks. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering strictly to safety guidelines at all times. * Previous construction experience or familiarity with building sites is prefered * Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools and taking accurate measurements is prefered. * Skills in carpentry, trim carpentry, ladder work, electrical work, or plumbing can be beneficial. * Strong understanding of safety protocols and the importance of maintaining a safe work environment outdoors. * Ability to work effectively in outdoor conditions and adapt to varying weather situations. * Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and responsibilities.
