Job Description Position: Title Company Account ExecutiveReports to: PresidentClassification: Full Time salary with competitive bonus structureSchedule: Generally Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm; variesLocation: Fort Wayne Market (Fort Wayne, Jefferson, Stellhorn)An Account Executive plays a pivotal role in our company's success by engaging in outcome-oriented business development practices. Your primary responsibilities will include effectively promoting our comprehensive range of services, such as: title insurance, escrow, construction escrow, and 1031 Exchange operations. Additionally, you will deliver proactive communication, exceptional support, and first-class service to our valued clients.To thrive in this role, you should have previous experience in title or real estate sales and a strong network of contacts within the industry, including lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, developers, and commercial lenders. We are seeking individuals who have demonstrated the ability to meet sales quotas in highly competitive markets. Your meticulous record-keeping abilities will be vital in maintaining accurate client interactions.Primary Job Responsibilities:Employing results-focused business development practices to achieve sales goalsEstablishing positive and proactive relationships with clientsPromptly submitting complete and accurate title ordersConducting sales presentations, cold calls, and other appointments while maintaining accurate recordsAttending trade shows, conventions, seminars, and real estate eventsStaying informed about customer and competitor activitiesAssist with department projects/other initiatives as neededOther duties as assignedJob Requirements and Skills :3+ years of title or real estate sales experience2+ years of outside B2B salesResults-oriented professional with a proven track record of high performanceExisting contact list and relationships with key industry playersStrong accountability and exceptional territory management skillsExperience meeting sales quotas in highly competitive marketsWillingness and ability to travel regularly and work after hours as needed
