Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and executing Fickling & Company's digital marketing efforts across its Commercial Sales, Residential Sales, and Commercial Property Management divisions. This position has a strong focus on social media strategy and execution, while collaborating closely with the in-house web developer and referral coordinator to ensure consistent branding, integrated campaigns, and measurable digital growth across all business lines.This role is ideal for a creative, organized marketer who understands how to tailor messaging for different audiences while maintaining a cohesive brand presence.This position is in-office. Some short travel to offices in the immediate area required.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as appropriateDevelop and manage monthly social media calendars that support residential listings, commercial listings, property management services, recruiting, and brand awarenessCustomize messaging and content to align with the distinct goals of each division while maintaining Fickling & Company's brand standardsMonitor engagement, comments, and messages; coordinate responses internally as neededTrack social media performance and provide insights, reports, and recommendations for improvementWork closely with the in-house web developer to align social media content with website updates, landing pages, listings, blogs, and digital campaignsCollaborate with the referral coordinator to promote relocation, referral, and partnership initiatives through digital channelsSupport agents, property managers, and leadership teams with digital promotion requests and campaign coordinationEnsure messaging is consistent across residential, commercial, and property management marketing effortsWebsite, Email & Digital Campaign SupportAssist with website content updates, blog publishing, and basic CMS managementSupport email marketing campaigns for listings, company announcements, referrals, and client communicationsCoordinate creative assets, copy, and timelines across social, web, and email channelsMaintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure brand consistencyReporting & OptimizationMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and digital campaignsPrepare regular performance reports and summaries for marketing leadershipUse analytics and insights to refine content strategy, improve engagement, and increase reachQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing coordinationStrong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics toolsExperience working with multiple business units or service lines preferredFamiliarity with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and basic SEO principlesExperience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools preferredSkills & AttributesStrong writing and copyediting skills with attention to brand voiceHighly organized and detail-orientedCreative, proactive, and data-drivenComfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlinesCollaborative team player with strong communication skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits - Salary $50K-$60K, PTO, health insurance, 401KOpportunity to work across diverse real estate divisionsCollaborative, in-house team environmentGrowth opportunities within a well-established, respected real estate firmJ-18808-Ljbffr
