UX Designer
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role:
- Lead user experience support, design recommendations, and requirements gathering for critical software modernization programs.
- Apply human-centered design principles to conduct user research, build personas, and map user journeys to inform software development.
- Perform usability testing and analyze feedback to refine interface layouts and workflow mechanics.
- Develop and document standardized processes for UX research, journey mapping, and requirements definition.
- Advocate for end-users by translating complex workflows into intuitive digital interfaces, ensuring accessibility and Section 508 compliance.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in UX design, user research, and digital strategy, preferably in an enterprise software environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in building user personas, conducting user interviews, and mapping complex user journeys.
- Experience planning and executing usability testing on live applications or prototypes.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and experience integrating UX within Agile/Scrum methodologies. What's On Offer
