LPN/RN NIGHT SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Abbington Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - We are an 82 bed skilled nursing facility located in Roselle.Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise certified nursing assistants.Ensure that all written policies and procedures that govern the day to day functions of the nursing department are followed.Complete all adminsitrative functions including charting; participating in surveys; admission, transfer and discharge of residents; reporting any compaints or grievances; and evaluating the care of the residents.Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis as well as a calm environment throughout the departments.Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiam.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
