BIM Manager

BIM ManagerThe BIM Manager is responsible for both firmwide BIM leadership and direct project execution. This role establishes and maintains BIM standards, tools, and workflows across the firm while also serving as the Project BIM Lead on select projects. Key ResponsibilitiesBIM Leadership, Standards & CommunicationDevelop and maintain firm-wide BIM standards, templates, and best practicesEstablish and enforce BIM execution plans for projectsEnsure compliance with client BIM requirements and industry standardsLead continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflowsLead recurring BIM coordination meetingsDevelop and maintain project BIM communication and execution plansDocument and track key BIM decisions and project directionMaintain clear communication with project teams, leadership, consultants, and external stakeholdersProject SupportServe as Project BIM Lead on assigned projectsAssist in model setup, coordination, and troubleshootingMonitor model quality, consistency, and data integrityEnsure alignment with client BIM requirements and delivery standardsTechnology & InnovationEvaluate, implement, and manage BIM-related software and tools Administer cloud-based BIM projects (eg ACC/Forma)Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trendsLead pilot initiatives for new tools, automation, and workflowsDevelop and manage content libraries and digital assetsTraining & SupportTrain staff on BIM tools, standards, and workflowsDevelop onboarding materials and training programsProvide ongoing mentorship and technical guidanceProvide timely troubleshooting and resolution of BIM related issuesData & Quality ManagementEnsure accuracy, consistency, and usability of BIM dataImplement quality control procedures and auditsSupport data extraction for analysis, visualization, and reportingRequired QualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical training, or a combination of education and related experienceProficient in Revit and AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office and ACC/FormaExperience with Dynamo, C# or other scripting/automation tooling languagesExperience with the AEC industry and client standards for BIMExperience leading a cross-disciplinary team in BIM executionFamiliarity with project management related to BIMAbility to work and communicate effectively within project teamsStrong organizational skills Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction ManagementMinimum 7 years AEC industry experience, including large-scale, complex projectsFamiliarity with Rhino, Enscape and Lumion We are dedicated to the well-being of our employees, and we provide full benefits in addition to competitive salaries.
