Experience:ExperiencedSecurity Clearance Level:Public Trust (NACI)NOTE: All applications must be received by COB Thursday, August 8th, 2024, and interviews completed NLT: August 13th, 2024.Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply!Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesObtain data through advanced computerized modelsExtrapolate data patterns through advanced algorithmsDevelop simple graphs and charts to explain how the mathematical information will influence the specific project or businessPresent to managers how to best alter their business models to generate profitable future trendsSet up processes to make data more efficientAnalyze and interpret trends from the dataInterview project stakeholders from all levels of an organization to understand strategic, business, operational, and/or clinical needs and requirements and how the supporting systems operate and interactWork with various departments to extract data, analyze the data, understand database relationships, and build customized reports/dashboardsPrepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant dataIdentify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop action plansCreate appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the detailed steps of operational processes and flow of dataRequired Skills and ExperienceVerifiable leadership role in a federal government or Military environment requiredOutstanding communication skillsAn ability to work with multiple stakeholders who may have competing prioritiesA strong background in process modeling, data, and informatics-related activities6+ years of experience demonstrating increasing professional responsibilities working on projects within a clinical or operational environment with a specific focus on business process modeling, data analysis, and data visualizationExpertise in collaborating with business owners, analysts, programmers, engineers, and clinical and administrative end-users to identify the baseline (as-is) and future state (to-be) of technology and process improvement initiativesExperience in logically organizing data into customized reports and dashboards utilizing technology tools such as Excel, Access, Pyramid, etcThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in a law enforcement environmentProfessional Certificationsn/aYears of Professional Experience6+ years of professional experienceDesired experiencen/aFormal EducationBA/BS degreeCitizenship RequirementU.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunitySecurity Clearance RequirementsMust possess or qualify for a Public Trust (NACI)CRITICAL NOTES: SSG will not make assumptions regarding your qualifications.
