You will focus on creating intuitive, accessible, and high performing experiences for external audiences, with an emphasis on content clarity, conversion, SEO informed design, and scalable delivery.Job Description Web Experience & Marketing UX Design: Design user centered experiences for public facing website pages, templates, and conversion flows. Create user journeys, site flows, wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity UI designs. Conversion, SEO & Optimization: Design experiences that support engagement, lead generation, and conversion goals. Partner with Digital Strategy, Marketing, and Analytics teams to incorporateperformance data. Research & Validation: Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and design validation for external audiences. Translate feedback into actionable design improvements. Product Led & Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to align designs to product goals. Partner with Technology and Web Experience Management teams to ensure designs arefeasible and scalable. Quality, Accessibility & Consistency: Apply design system standards and brand guidelines. Ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and ADA compliance.
