Responsibilities include:Project PlanningRelease planning, project planning, re-planning, and inter-projects deployment coordinationEstablish project meetings in accordance with CLS' project governance structureIdentify and implement change management practicesDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityProject ExecutionMaintain project objectives and set expectation for project teamsSet project meeting agenda, materials, and other artifactsLead project meetings and drive progress according to project milestonesManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesManage day-to-day project activities across multiple functional groupsMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesTrack and report project progressRisk and Issue ManagementPerform risk management to minimize project risksIdentify, monitor, report, and coordinate issues and risks remediationStakeholders ManagementManage stakeholders at all levels of the corporationReport and escalate to management as neededProject Resources and Financial ManagementEnsure resource availability and allocationMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisManage project financial to ensure project spending is on targetDocumentation ManagementDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document project deliverablesCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationEnsure project documents are adhered to SDLC and CLS standardsExperience10+ years of project management experience, technology or financial industryExperience in managing projects using SDLC (Waterfall and/or Agile)Manage project finance include project resource forecasting and ongoing trackingManage stakeholders across different levelsExperience in working with cross functional teams in multiple time zonesQualifications / CertificationsUniversity qualification in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Project or Change Management or a relevant field.FX trading, settlement, or processes experience is a plusKnowledge of SDLC process and documentation across different SDLC phasesStrong working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Access)Risk management knowledge is a plusExcellent internal client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsProject Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plusOur commitment to employees:At CLS, we celebrate inclusion and consider this to be one of our strongest assets.
