SAR Imagery Scientist, Expert with Security Clearance

Description Job Name: SAR Imagery Scientist Level: Expert Location: Springfield, VA (NGA) Remote Work: No Required Clearance: TS/SCI Shift Work: No Position Type: Pending funding Must have:Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to take a CI polygraph exam12 years of relevant experience and a Master's DegreeOR a Bachelors in a STEM field and 17 years experienceOR 21 years of relevant experienceAble to work on client site in Springfield, Virginia 40 hours a week (no telework)Proficient with Python Required:6+ years of experience as a SAR expert with understanding of collection, phenomenology, image formation process, and exploitation productsExperience with SARPy and Matlab SAR toolboxExperience with RNIIS, information theoretic-based image quality metrics, SAR imagery quality metrics, and sensor metadata (e.g., graze, squint)Experience exploiting SAR to determining the occurrence and location of an OOIExperience developing, testing, and evaluating new algorithms, processes, methodologies, and products using SAR imagery with tools like Python, MATLAB, Google Earth EngineExperience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences about the availability and capabilities of SARDeep understanding of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methodsDesired: Experience applying CV and machine learning to SAR imagery Why work at CRC CRC is a small business supporting customers across the Intelligence Community and DoD both as a Prime and subcontractor.
