Bussers are the stagehands continuously cleaning and setting up Flanigan's Dining Rooms, Bars, and Patios for a wonderful service experience. Bussers support our Servers, Bartenders, and the entire team by preparing the restaurant – clearing, cleaning, interacting, and making it all ship shape.Follows all company safety and sanitation policies, and procedural trainingCleans and sets up table for new guests, in a timely mannerAssists guests by clearing dishes, glasswareRemoves all trash and debris from bar and dining area floorsMaintains restroom cleanliness, as well as outside parking areas, patio areas, waiting areasEnsure that all high chairs/booster seats are sanitaryPerform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sideworkCan reach, bend, stoop frequentlyAble to lift up to 50 lbs., lift these heavy loads to high shelves, coolers, freezersWork in damp, high temperature environment, indoors and minimally outdoorsComplete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program, in compliance with Flanigan's and Florida statutesComplete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan's and Florida statutesAbility to speak, read and write EnglishFive (5) Day Work WeekPaid Vacation: One Week after Year One, Two Weeks after Two Years, and Three Weeks after Ten YearsHealth Insurance – Medical & Dental Programs Available401K Plan – Immediate Eligibility.
