Position InformationThe position provides administrative and financial support in compliance with federal, state, and campus guidelines for CNAS Dean's Office and departments. The position provides financial support for ledger reconciliation, complex ad-hoc analysis and reporting, payroll reviews and audit, staffing management, and preparation of financial statements and related financial transactions. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. The full salary range for the Financial Analyst 3 is $75,900.00 - $137,300.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $75,900.00 - $86,000 annually. The position provides financial support for ledger reconciliation, complex ad-hoc analysis and reporting, payroll reviews and audit, staffing management, and preparation of financial statements and related financial transactions. This is currently a hybrid position with two days in the office, three days remote, however, it can become fully in-person at any time. The incumbent would be expected to work in-person during probation.
