*Job Summary*
As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer service.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant
*Qualifications*
- Previous , or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills to address guest needs promptly and professionally
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
