Surgery - Neurosurgery Physician Assistant

HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Neurosurgery team in O'Fallon, IL.Practice Highlights: - Well established, productive practice. - Supportive Community with loyalty to HSHS - Clinic is within the hospital, providing access to all imaging, scans, etc. needed. - Ample training time provided with Neurosurgery teamPosition Requirements: - Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start - Board Certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant - Experience in neurosurgery, neurology, or another surgical field is preferred, but experience in other specialties will be considered.Position Details: - Monday - Friday weekly schedule - Hospital and after hours clinic call rotation of 1:3, equating to approximately 10 days of call per month - EPIC EMRCompensation & Benefits Package: - Base guarantee along with call pay - Paid time off with holidays accrued bi-weekly - CME reimbursement + days available per fiscal year - Opportunities to earn productivity and patient outcome/patient satisfaction bonuses - Sign on bonus and relocation assistance both availablePay Range: $54.45/hour - $78.59/hour. A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
