Hanline Frozen FoodsHanline Frozen Foods is seeking a 1st shift machine operator. The ideal candidate for this role is a dependable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Machine Operator at Hanline Frozen Foods, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery to ensure the efficient processing and packaging of frozen food products. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistent attendance, and compliance with USDA, FDA, BRC, and company safety and quality standards.Responsibilities:Monday-Friday 6:45am-3pm (occasional weekend)Machine set upMake adjustments as neededPerform light maintenanceKeep machine running at optimal speedPackage and process frozen food according to USDA, FDA, BRC, and Company regulationsFast paced, team oriented work environmentFactory/warehouse/cooler settingAssociates are expected to be here every day that they are scheduled, be on time, and stay for their entire shiftQualifications:Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per weekOvertime is requiredAttention to detailExcellent attendance is requiredBenefits:401(k) or Roth IRA with fully vested 4% matchHealth, Dental, & Vision insurancePaid time offCompetitive environmentGrowth opportunityVoluntary life insurance, short & long term disability, etc.Company paid life insurance policyCompensation:$17-$19 per hour
