The Salesperson will prospect and qualify new business opportunities, manage an active pipeline, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in targeted industries such as healthcare, HVAC, manufacturing, and printing. Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating pricing and terms within established guidelines, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue goals. The role also involves collaborating closely with engineering, customer support, and operations teams to develop tailored solutions, ensure accurate order entry, and support smooth installation and implementation. The Salesperson will track activities in a CRM system, forecast sales, participate in trade shows or industry events, and stay informed about UV technologies, competitors, and market trends.Qualifications Proven ability in B2B sales, including prospecting, pipeline management, relationship-building, and closing deals.Experience selling technical or industrial products; familiarity with UV, HVAC, healthcare, or manufacturing environments is preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, customer-focused language.Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis for sales forecasting, and proficiency with standard office software.Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time and territory effectively while working on-site and in the field.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide customer feedback to support product development and service improvements.Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience.
