Screen Press Operator (2nd )

Join our team as a Screen Printing/Press Operator! We are located in West Henrietta, NY!In this role, you'll operate semi-automatic screen presses to print lettering and designs on various substrates. We're looking for someone with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Previous machine experience neededShift Hours:2nd shift - 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM - Monday - ThursdayPay: $18-$20, based on experience, plus shift differentialKey Responsibilities :Set up and operate screen printing equipment following job specifications.Adjust guides, materials, squeegee blades, and ink as required.Perform quality checks to identify defects and maintain production standards.Clean screens and equipment between jobs and color changes.Qualifications :Ability to read and interpret instructions, safety guidelines, and job tickets.Basic math skills, including the ability to measure accurately.Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills in standardized situations.Must be comfortable working in a loud environment and standing for extended periods.Manufacturing experience in a print or packaging company preferredWhy Join Us?On-the-job training provided perfect for entry-level candidates.Work in a fast-paced, creative production environment.Be a key part of delivering high-quality printed products.#IND3
