Primary focus is on Sector program reportingAs the Senior Program Controls Analyst - ISA, your main responsibilities will be:Earned Value ManagementCost and schedule managementManage and monitor program budget executionInterpret program performance data and identify key insights.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams and PMO staff.Ability to quickly analyze data and provide recommendations to program teamPrepare financial information for CDRLs briefings, presentations, and status reportsPrepare and submit reports via CDRLs or Earned Value requirements (Formats 1-5).Partner with Program Managers to identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.Track all elements of cost and resource allocation against program budgets and forecasts.Your skills and qualifications: Essential education and experience:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field.Served in a PCA or equivalent role for 10 years or have equivalent experienceStrong analytical skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiencyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growing companyHigh attention to detail and deadline-driven mindsetExperience working at both large and small companiesBackground in managing development programs and labor engineering programsAbility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.Desirable:Proposal experience highlyActive TS/SCI clearanceBase Salary Range: $XXXX - $XXXX annuallyWe consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as candidate's work experience, education, training & skills, as well as market and business considerations.
