Will collaborate with all members of the care team to provide exceptional care and compassion to our patient population and the families we serve.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsGraduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experienceLicensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)Will possess strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skillsWill demonstrate ability to prioritize, organize and multi-taskWill be able to take direction well but also be self-directed and motivatedWill possess a high degree of responsibility, responsiveness.2 years previous experience in ED, ASC, ICU and/or Endo required.Why Community?At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
