BIM Manager (Everett)

On the search for a VCS Manager role with a very established mechanical contractor in the Pacific Northwest that's been around for 100+ years and is entering a major growth phaseThis person would oversee a large VCS/BIM group (20–40 people total), help drive process improvements, mentor teams, and influence how virtual construction is integrated across operations and preconstruction.They're looking for someone strong in:Revit / AutoCAD / Navisworks / CADmepPlumbing, piping, or MEP coordinationTeam leadership + operational improvementVDC execution planning and detailing oversightWhy people are interested:Strong stability + long employee tenureLeadership growth path as senior leaders retire$130k–$180k base + 10% bonusFamily-oriented culture + excellent benefitsExpansion plans outside the PNW over the next few yearsThe role is onsite in Everett, WA.
