Creative Project Manager (Contract)Onsite – 5 days/weekA growing consumer brand in the beauty/CPG space is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative assets. This role will partner closely with an in-house creative team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and aligned with brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage creative deliverables across all stages of the project lifecycle for internal and external needs (including customer accounts and production partners) using a project management tool (e.g., Monday.com)Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, scopes of work, and communication workflowsDevelop comprehensive creative briefs for both design and copy, ensuring clarity and readiness before project kickoffCollaborate with overseas teams and manufacturing partners to support production, mitigate risks, and maintain timelinesReview and final-proof creative assets to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with stakeholder requirementsPartner with sales teams to evaluate new opportunities and provide timeline guidanceLead project kickoff meetings, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure deadlines are metCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, e-commerce, and creative teamsManage internal and external freelancers as neededPartner with other project managers to prioritize workflow and allocate resources effectivelyContribute to light copywriting (10–20%), including product descriptions and packaging contentStay informed on industry trends to provide insights that inform creative direction and product developmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldProven experience in project/account management within a creative or CPG environmentStrong background supporting creative workflows, production, and executionExperience in the beauty or health & wellness CPG space highly preferredHands-on experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, ClickUp, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail with exceptional proofreading and grammar skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversightStrong collaboration skills and ability to motivate cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to Adobe tools (especially Illustrator) is a plus (no design work required)The hourly range for this position is W2 $29--$44/hr DOE.
