Job Title: Project Planning & Migration SchedulerDuration: 1 yearSchedule: 5/40; on-siteLocation: Spring, TXThis opportunity supports an internal global work migration project focused on planning and scheduling activity across multiple locations. The role centres on building and managing a resource loaded schedule using MS Project or Primavera, while identifying deviations to planning assumptions and forecasting schedule impacts. This position will also provide clear management summaries and support stakeholders in resolving scheduling issues across a broad global environment.Required Experience:Strong experience in planning and scheduling management within a project environment.Experience creating and managing resource loaded schedules.Experience identifying deviations to planning basis and forecasting impacts to project schedules.Experience supporting project delivery through stakeholder engagement, issue identification and solution development.Experience working across global stakeholders and management teams to troubleshoot scheduling bottlenecks and project issues.Required Skills:Advanced planning and scheduling capability using MS Project or Primavera.Ability to simplify complex schedule data into clear, digestible management summaries.Strong communication and influencing skills across a broad audience.Ability to analyse schedule issues and support practical solutions in a complex project setting.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in internal human resource task or work migration planning and scheduling.Oil and gas planning and scheduling experience would be advantageous, though not required.About Airswift:Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
