Sales Representative (Remote)

We're looking for work-at-home sales representatives. Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, you will provide solutions to customer needs in a fast-paced and energetic environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)Maintain relationships with existing customersMust be comfortable taking inbound callsListen to customer concerns with the goal of identifying the causes of the problemSolve customer challenges and regain customer confidence by using empathy, and building rapport with customersGeneral knowledge of company, products, and/or servicesObtain customer information and enter data into various CRM systemsAdhere to QA requirements and utilize a call flowCharacteristics of an ideal candidate:High school diploma or equivalentCustomer Service and Sales experienceProficient with technology applications; email, internet browsers, search engines and data management systemsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamHighly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctualityExcellent communication skills (professional demeanor)Proficient in multi-taskingAbility to build rapport with customers and exhibit empathyTeam-oriented and customer-focusedExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
